Well….here I am folks !
My name is Rosalind O’Dowd, and I am an Opera Singer. I love singing opera, well I love singing everything really – as my family will tell you!
But what I love, love, LOVE about opera is the full-on, epic drama of it; the high stakes, the love, the hate, the jealousy – it’s got it ALL. If you follow any of the soaps on TV, (and even if you don’t) you are gonna LOVE one or other of these bad boys.
I have performed in a variety of operas, and trained at Proper Music College to learn how to do it. I have a Masters degree from Trinity Laban College of Music and Dance, and am constantly learning more and more about this fabulous genre of storytelling.
